Casino, live tables and sportsbook in one account
AceSpinz Casino: a 400% welcome pack across three deposits and daily cash back from the first tier
AceSpinz is run by Lucky Mustard Limitada under an Anjouan licence. New accounts can collect up to €3,000 in bonus funds plus 250 free spins, then move into a ten tier VIP club that returns part of every losing day in real cash. Below you will find the cashier rules, every bonus term, the lobby, support routes and the sign up screen, all in euro.
AceSpinz at a glance
AceSpinz, written Ace Spinz Casino in its page titles, is an online casino with live dealer tables and a sportsbook under the same login. The site at acespinz.com belongs to Lucky Mustard Limitada, a Costa Rican company with registration number 3-102-899101 and an office in the Ofident Building, Office 3, at the Costa Rican North American Cultural Center in San Pedro, Barrio Dent, San Jose. Gaming is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros, under licence number ALSI-082404003-FI1. The operator lists [email protected] as its company address.
Two things set the brand apart. The first is a welcome pack spread over three deposits that adds up to 400% and €3,000, with 250 free spins attached to the opening payment. The second is the Ace VIP Club, whose ten tiers pay daily cash back from day one, starting at 5% on Bronze and reaching 25% on Obsidian. Cash back, rebates and level up rewards arrive as real money with no wagering attached.
How the site is laid out
The AceSpinz wordmark sits top left in mint, with outlined Login and filled Sign Up buttons to the right. On a phone, a fixed bar along the bottom holds four entries: Casino, Live Casino, Sports and Menu. Under the welcome banner a row of filter chips starts with a search button, followed by Recommended and Trending. The page then runs through a Payments strip with cashier logos, a Publishers strip with studio logos and rows of game tiles, each with a See All link.
The side menu groups the casino into Last played, Recommended, Trending, New, Slots and All Games, and the live floor into Lobby, Blackjack, Roulette, Game Shows and Baccarat. Below those sit the Ace VIP Club, Promotions, Support, Sports, Login and Sign Up. A round chat button in the lower right corner opens support from any screen.
The sportsbook tab
Sports opens a separate betting area with its own row of shortcut icons along the top. Four tabs filter the board: Popular, Live, Upcoming and Predictions. Featured competitions on our visit were the FA Cup for England, Serie A for Italy and the Bundesliga for Germany.
Esports have a prominent place. Counter-Strike is the first sport button, ahead of Soccer, Basketball, Tennis and Dota 2. A typical card reads Counter-Strike 2, Draculan Season 7, with BC.Game against FaZe on the winner market at 2.04 and 1.72 in decimal odds. A round bet slip button floats above the board and opens your selections.
Sports bets use the same euro balance as the casino, but they do nothing for the welcome pack: sport counts 0% towards bonus wagering. For cash back purposes sport losses are weighted at 50%, and the sports cash back rate is half of your tier rate.
AceSpinz publishes no list of accepted countries on the pages we reviewed. Read the Terms and Conditions to check that your country is accepted before you register or pay in.
Payments in euro
Deposits and withdrawals go through the Cashier, which opens once you are logged in. The Payments strip on the home screen gives a preview of the brands behind it. The logos we could identify there, and in the site footer, are iDEAL, Revolut, Maestro, Skrill and NETELLER, with one more partly hidden at the edge of the strip. The Cashier shows the full list for your country, so the brands available to you may differ.
The terms add two points about e-wallets. Every Skrill and NETELLER payment is processed by Lucky Mustard, and in some countries extra fees may apply to those transfers. Accounts are held in EUR, the currency chosen on the sign up form, and every limit and bonus figure on this page is in euro.
Withdrawal limits by tier
A payout goes back to the same method that funded the account. How much you can take out per day and per month depends on your place in the Ace VIP Club.
Withdrawal caps in the terms
| VIP tier | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | €500 | €10,000 |
| Silver to Platinum | €1,000 | €20,000 |
| Diamond | €1,500 | €30,000 |
The terms quote the Bronze and Platinum figures as the two ends of one range and give Diamond separately. Ask support to confirm the cap that applies to Silver and Gold.
More than two withdrawals on the same day cost 10% of each extra payout, so one larger request is cheaper than several small ones. AceSpinz does not publish a processing time or a minimum withdrawal. Before your first payout you will be asked for identity documents, which go to [email protected] from the email address registered on the account.
Before you deposit
- Choose the bonus you want in the Cashier first. An offer selected after the payment does not apply to it.
- Each welcome step and each reload needs at least €20.
- If you plan to use a wallet for a bonus, check the bonus rules before you pay. This page does not cover which methods are excluded from offers.
Bonuses, reloads and Drops and Wins
The Promotions page opens with the line A little extra. The Ace way. and three filter chips: All, Welcome and Weekly. Each offer is a dark card with a gift box image, a short summary, a mint Get Bonus button and a single line of key terms. A small i icon in the corner opens the full rules.
The welcome pack, deposit by deposit
The pack is three separate deposit offers that together come to 400% up to €3,000 plus 250 free spins. You activate each one in the Cashier before the deposit it belongs to.
The three welcome deposits
| Deposit | Match | Extra | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| First | 200% up to €1,000 | 250 free spins on Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe | €20 |
| Second | 100% up to €1,000 | none | €20 |
| Third | 100% up to €1,000 | none | €20 |
Every bonus in the pack carries 40x wagering on the bonus amount, played on eligible slots. Winnings from the 250 spins also need 40x. You have 30 days from activation to finish, and while a bonus is active the highest bet allowed is €5. Only one bonus can run at a time, and the pack is limited to one claim per person, household, IP address, device and payment method.
A worked example
Say your first deposit is €100. The 200% match adds €200 in bonus funds, and 40x that amount means €8,000 in slot bets before the bonus and its winnings can be withdrawn. At the €5 maximum that is at least 1,600 spins, and at €1 a spin it is 8,000, all inside 30 days. A second deposit of €100 adds €100 more, with its own €4,000 target and its own 30 day clock. Deposit only what you would be comfortable playing through on those terms.
How games count towards wagering
| Game type | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Live Casino | 10% |
| Table Games | 0% |
| Video Poker | 0% |
| Sports | 0% |
Weekday reloads
Three offers repeat every week on fixed UTC days. Each one starts in the Cashier and needs a deposit of €20 or more.
- Monday: a package of 50 spins for Gates of Olympus 1000, with 40x wagering on what those spins win.
- Wednesday, the Midweek Reload: 50% up to €1,000, wagered 40x on slots, with a maximum bet of €5.
- Friday, the Friday Reload: 50% up to €1,000 on the same 40x and €5 terms.
Pragmatic Drops and Wins
AceSpinz takes part in the €25,000,000 Drops and Wins network promotion from Pragmatic Play, which runs on 51 games. The list is built from families such as Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush, Sweet Bonanza, Big Bass, The Dog House and Zeus vs Hades. Prizes come with no wagering.
The Daily Tournaments split €20,000 in cash among the top 500 players each day. A spin must be at least €0.15 to qualify, only your first 5,000 spins count, and the score is the total of your win multipliers. The Joker's Jewels titles are part of the list but do not count for tournaments. The Weekly Wheel Drops hand out Wheel Pieces at random during play. Three pieces complete a wheel, and a spin of it always lands on a prize: a cash multiplier, 20 free spins or an Instant Bonus. The top prize is 100,000x the bet, worked out on a bet of no more than €1, so the ceiling is €100,000.
Ace VIP Club
The VIP page describes the club in five words: 10 tiers. Real rewards at every level. Your tier depends on lifetime eligible real-money wagering, and all eligible products and games count towards it. There is nothing to opt into: Bronze shows as Qualified from €0 wagered.
Ace VIP Club tiers
| Tier | Lifetime wagered | Daily cash back | Level up bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | €0 | 5% | none |
| Silver | €5,000 | 6% | €20 |
| Gold | €12,500 | 8% | €50 |
| Platinum I | €30,000 | 10% | €200 |
| Platinum II | €75,000 | 11% | €500 |
| Platinum III | €200,000 | 12% | €1,000 |
| Diamond I | €500,000 | 15% | €2,000 |
| Diamond II | €1,250,000 | 17% | €5,000 |
| Diamond III | €3,000,000 | 20% | €12,500 |
| Obsidian | €7,500,000 | 25% | €25,000 |
Daily cash back is worked out each day on the previous day's net cash losses. The table rates apply to casino and slots. Sports and live casino are paid at half the tier rate, and in the calculation slot losses count in full while sports, live and table game losses count at 50%. You claim it under My Bonuses, also labelled My Rewards, as cash you can withdraw straight away. As an example, a Gold player who ends a day €200 down on slots can claim 8% of that, or €16, the next day.
Every tier also earns a Weekly Rebate and a Monthly Rebate, and from Silver both become Enhanced, together with increased limits. The Weekly Rebate is based on the theoretical house edge of your play during the week. It builds as you go and part of it can be claimed each day. The Monthly Rebate accrues from the 25th of one month to the 25th of the next and opens for claiming only once that period has closed. Diamond and Obsidian players also get a dedicated VIP host.
The game library and its studios
Tapping See All on any row opens a grid of three tiles per line with a back arrow, a search icon and the category tabs at the top. The Recommended grid on our visit was mostly slots with bonus rounds, from Legacy of Dead and Wanted Dead or a Wild to Fist of Destruction, Thunder Coins XXL and Duel at Dawn. Further down were Duck Hunters 2, Thunderline Express, Rise of Olympus 1000, Le Bandit, Demonic Dolls and Bonanza Billion, followed by Book of Dead, Moon Princess 100, Tome of Insanity and Book of Rampage.
AceSpinz does not publish a total game count, so the Slots and All Games tabs are the best way to see the full range. A separate jackpots page sits at /casino/jackpots, and Provider of the Month gives one studio a row of its own on the home screen.
Live dealer floor
Live Casino has its own button on the bottom bar and its own lobby with four sections: Blackjack, Roulette, Game Shows and Baccarat. Ezugi is one of the confirmed live studios, and Evolution appears in the provider list. Remember that live games count only 10% towards bonus wagering, and that live cash back is paid at half your tier rate.
Filter by studio
The Providers panel slides up from the bottom of the lobby. Tap one or more logos, press Confirm, and the grid shows only those studios. Clear all resets the choice.
The list is sorted from A to Z. The first screen runs from 3 Oaks Gaming, Amatic and Amusnet through Asia Gaming, Atomic Slot Lab and AvatarUX to Aviatrix, BGaming and Belatra. Next come Big Time Gaming, CT Interactive, Caleta and Endorphina, then Evolution, Ezugi and Fa Chai. The last rows on that screen hold Galaxsys, GameBeat, Gaming Corps, Gamomat, Gamzix and Givme Games, with Hacksaw and KA Gaming at the bottom. Scrolling shows more names. Play'n GO and Playson are also featured in the Publishers row on the home screen.
The Pragmatic Play titles in Drops and Wins round out the lineup. Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe, the slot used for the 250 welcome spins, and Gates of Olympus 1000, the Monday spins game, are both Pragmatic releases.
Support and safer play
The chat bubble in the corner opens the AceSpinz messenger. The first reply comes from Fin, an automated assistant, with the line Ask us anything, or share your feedback. If you are not logged in, Fin explains that it can only answer general questions, because it cannot see your profile. Two quick buttons cover the most common issues: Login difficulties and Account unlocking. Log in first for anything about your balance, a bonus or a payout.
For written requests the address is [email protected]. The terms send KYC documents, refund requests and data protection questions there. Documents must come from the email address on your account, or they cannot be matched to it. Bonus requests can also go through live chat or the user interface on the My Profile page. The company address, [email protected], appears in the site footer. No phone number or chat hours are published. When you write in, put your username and the date of the deposit or bet in question in the first lines, so that the reply can go straight to the point.
Verification
Identity checks are part of the first withdrawal. Send clear copies of your documents to [email protected] from the account email and wait for confirmation before you request a payout. The terms do not publish a fixed list, so ask support which documents they need for your country.
Rules pages
The footer links to five documents: Bonus Rules, VIP Club Rules, Responsible Gaming, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. The bonus figures on this page come from those rules and from the Promotions cards.
Keeping play in check
The Promotions footer carries the note 18+ and Play responsibly. Set a budget for each session and keep to it, take breaks, and never deposit money meant for bills. The Responsible Gaming page covers the tools on offer. If you want a deposit limit, a break or a full exclusion, ask support in chat or by email and keep a copy of their reply. Gambling Therapy, at gamblingtherapy.org, offers free and confidential help online in several languages.
